Automation that keeps the line on takt.
Tier suppliers and OEM plants bring us in when a launch is coming, a line is short on people, or a station keeps missing cycle time. We design, build, and commission the cell, then stay on call after SOP.

The problems we hear.
A station that can’t hold cycle time and starves the rest of the line
Operators you can’t hire or keep for repetitive load and unload jobs
Escapes and customer chargebacks from manual inspection
Aging PLCs and HMIs on a line that has to keep running through the upgrade
What we build for Automotive Manufacturing.
- Robotic machine tending, press tending, and part transfer
- Vision inspection, error proofing, and part traceability
- AMRs and cobot packages moving parts between cells and to line side
- PLC and HMI upgrades and migrations done around production schedules
- Line integration, line moves, and restarting equipment after a relocation
- TÜV machine safety assessments and guarding updates
What a project looks like.
Robotic press tending
A robot loads and unloads a stamping press so the operator moves to inspection and the press runs every shift at the same rate.
Vision error proofing
Cameras confirm every clip, fastener, and label before a part leaves the station, and each result is stored against the part’s serial number.
Controls migration on a running line
Legacy PLCs and HMIs are replaced station by station over planned shutdowns, with the new program tested before cutover so the line comes back on the first shift.
